Good bye dear L-4B
The PA L-4B is back in the OK1KMG’s hamshack. I made over 5000 QSO using this PA. Now back to low power category :(.

I drive around this area always when I go to work or return home. It took some time but I decided to visit it this afternoon. We have a few last sunny days and it’s really nice and relaxing to spend them in the nature.
This is mainly bug fix release. Packages for Ubuntu 14.04, 16.04 and 16.10 are already available on Launchpad. More details in Download section of the CQRLOG website.
A few minutes ago, I moved page to https. The certificate is from LetsEncrypt. There are a few files available through HTTP because of backward compatibility with older versions of CQRLOG.
I really like EU HF Championship. You make only EU to EU QSO and it’s fun even with my small station. Propagation was not good, I expected more QSO on 20m. Finally, the contest was over with 683 QSO in the log including 3 dupes :).
CQRLOG uses data from HamQSL website provided by Paul, N0NBH. A few months ago I published short article how to configure Conky to show the propagation images. It worked but I still had some issues with it. I decided to write a special application to show the data on my desktop – CQRPROP.
I was part of the 15M CW team in IARU HF Championship. The contest started at 1200 UTC and first 40 minutes was great but I had to leave the station because of horrible headaches. I had to spend the rest of Saturday in bed and returned to the radio at Sunday 0500am and left […]
Joe is the owner of callbook.us domain which is redirected to HamQTH.com. We were in touch via email for some time and last year, he wrote me they are going to visit some EU countries this holiday. Finally, we met in Prague this morning and had a lovely eyeball QSO. Thank you, Joe!
World Flora & Fauna program is very popular. You can work several stations from different areas every day. I was also active from three areas this year. Twice from a car, once with QRP FT-817. My next activity will be with QRP directly from the area. Sitting in the car is not funny.
Today I updated my personal ppa on Launchpad and created Ubuntu 14.04 & 15.10 deb packages of Lazarus 1.6.0 and fpc 3.0.0. Enjoy!
