‚The Old man and the sea‘ in Morse
I need more practice in plain text copying. About a year ago I converted a few Czech textbooks to Morse and started to listen to it while driving a car or at evening when my wife is watching TV.
The truth is, that I must also practicize in receiving English. So I decided to convert to the Code the whole book ‚The Old man and the sea‘ by Ernest Hemingway.
I’ve been listening it for 2 months and it is pretty fine. My Morse knowledge is improving, however the problem is that I remember the sound of many words which are therefore not completed character by character. Otherwise if I hear a word which I don’t know, I have a problem to write it down correctly. It needs training to do but this training means also learning English which I find very useful.
The book is split to two parts, non-Morse characters and page numbers been removed. Download here:
